Managing Your Subscription
Flight Crew Club is an easy-to-manage, flexible membership with shipment reminders and the ability to stop, pause, start, change, and add to your order.
Membership Auto-Ship Details
The minimum subscription to maintain membership is 2 bags of Inflight Elixir with a delivery frequency of 1 or 2 months.
This comes with 16 stick packs, which covers you for around 56 hours of airtime, plus pre-flight prep.
You will receive email notification before every shipment.
How to Adjust Order Quantity & Frequency
You can adjust the order frequency easily in your membership portal. Just login, select the Active Subscription in the Subscriptions tab, and adjust the shipment frequency to whatever interval you choose.
If you fly more often, you can increase the amount of Inflight Elixir you get at any time.
On an Ongoing Basis
If you want more product in every order, you can do this by logging into your account, selecting the Active Subscription in the Subscriptions tab, and adjusting the quantity.
You can increase the amount of product you get in your next shipment by logging into your account, selecting the next order in the Upcoming Orders tab, and adjusting the quantity. This will add the additional product to your next shipment for that shipment, only.
How to Skip a Shipment
Light schedule this month? If you don’t need as much Inflight Elixir for whatever reason, you can skip a shipment. As long as you don't cancel you'll keep the legacy discount no matter how many times you skip.
Just log in to your account, selecting the next order in your portal, and press the Skip this order link at the bottom.
If you change your mind, you can "unskip" it by going back to Upcoming Orders, clicking on your skipped order, and pressing the "Unskip this order" button.
