In the US and Canada, standard shipping is approximately 3-8 business days.
International orders could take up to 4 weeks depending on the country due to international shipment and duties processing.
We work as quickly as possible to get your package shipped out to you. However, during peak seasons, your order may take one to three business days to pack and ship.

Click this link here to login and manage your account. You will need to first create an account using the same email you used for your purchase, and then you’ll be able to manage anything account related including billing, order frequency, shipping address etc.

Click on the lounges tab and go to “Rewards”
If you haven’t yet, click on “join now” or “log in” to access your account!
Once you have logged in, you will see your order history and account details
At the bottom right hand corner of the screen, you will see the icon in a blue bubble that says “Rewards” - click on the bubble, or click here to launch the program.
Your reward count amount will display and is valid for 1 year.
Click on the “ways to redeem” tab to see what you can put your points towards. The minimum amount of points to redeem is 100.
Once you have surpassed the point amount allowed for rewards you can then click on your desired option to redeem.
By clicking on the option, this will reveal a coupon code that you will then need to apply at checkout on your next order in the “coupon code” area. This will apply the redeemed reward option chosen to your cart and is ready for checkout!
